Items tagged as *FINAL SALE* or those ending in .99 are non-refundable and ineligible for store credit. However, we do facilitate exchanges for the same style, offering flexibility within our guidelines.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly access our dedicated return portal provided here for your convenience.

In cases where returns are applicable, we extend NoliaBae store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Please note that *FINAL SALE*,.99 and PREORDERS items are exempt from the exchange or store credit policy. Should you wish to proceed with an exchange, please return the item(s) to us, and we will promptly process your request. However, we do require customers to cover the associated shipping costs for exchanges.

Upon receipt of your return(s), your store credit will be promptly issued via email within 7-10 business days. For a comprehensive understanding of our return policies, we encourage you to review our eligibility guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility Guidelines:
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered, maintaining its original condition inclusive of all tags and labels. Any indication of wear, tear, washing, or damage, including the presence of odors, stains, or missing tags, may render the product ineligible for return. We reserve the right to exercise discretion in determining the eligibility of returns, ensuring adherence to our standards.

Preorder Items:
Kindly note that preorder items are considered *FINAL SALE* due to their custom-made nature. Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together upon availability. Should you prefer separate shipments, we recommend placing distinct orders accordingly. For any concerns regarding defective or damaged items, please contact our customer success team to facilitate the return process.

Defective/Wrong Product:
We encourage customers to inspect their products upon receipt to verify accuracy and condition. In the event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process promptly.
